Nice to
meet you!
I’m Martha.
About me
Hi, I’m Martha
Content marketing has never been as dishonest, out of touch and patronising as it is now. It feels like we’re owned by algorithms, influencers and AI. I’m tired of being patronised. Tired of us lying to one another. Tired of having my time wasted by AI generated fluff.

The other day, I was looking for a pair of sustainably made boots online. A few hours of AI-generated websites later (and none the wiser about the origin and properties of my prospective boots or the brand selling them), I gave up.

I’m Martha and for the last 8+ years, I’ve been helping purpose-driven start-ups turn prospects into customers, customers into fans and fans into community.
I spent 5 years at ‘Baby Spice’ Emma Bunton’s eco baby brand Kit & Kin and have since set up my own business, working with brands across sustainable lifestyle, fashion and education.

Between working with start ups and being self employed myself, I know what it means to care about your product and your customers – sometimes to your detriment. I’m here to tell you that you’re doing the right thing. All too often, founders become distracted by numbers and forget what truly matters: their customer.
So no, you’re not being idealistic by wanting your product or service to bring joy to their day, by wanting them to leave every interaction with you with a smile on their face and by wanting them to find a sense of belonging and community in your brand.
However, all too often this mindset means that your business is taking over your life. You crave calm, clarity and healthy working hours. And that’s exactly what I want to help you with.
Expanding? No Problem!
Multilingual and a qualified translator, I can do all of the above in 4 different languages.
